My views on drugs and sexuality are libertarian. I believe what’s done behind closed doors are up to the person. I also think marriage should be reserved for church and one’s faith, not the government and IRS. This being said as a divorced person who’s had to deal with both sides of the tax issue.

The other reason I’m for this is I already voted on this issue in 2000 with Prop 22 but judges overturned the peoples votes once again. To me, prop 8 is not about denying anyone rights but about the meaning of the word marriage.

If it doesn’t pass it means there will be lawsuits against churches to force them to provide their services even if their religion is against it. If people would just realize there are no “rights” lost because California affords domestic partnerships all of the same rights and responsibilities as marriages under state law

Obama lets me donate $5 with a fake name/address and no verification.

Part 2 of fraudulent donation to Obama.

I am sad to admit, but I just made a $5 donation to Obama ’08. This was done using a fake name/address with my credit card. The transaction went through with no errors, just as countless other fraudulent donations have.

I then went to McCain’s site and entered the same information. His credit card processing actually checks with the billing info/address and get this, it even asks for the card security number. As you can see it did not go through!!! Obama has obviously been getting money from non Americans and many people past the maximum amounts without doing a simple verification check.
